My work is a unique convergence of somatic therapy, spiritual mentorship and relationship coaching: a culmination of certifications and fluency in roughly thirty modalities and disciplines, as well as direct experience mentoring, facilitating, and teaching to thousands of individuals.
I’m also an artist, rebel, visionary, maverick and goofball. Novice potter. Sourdough baker and foodie. Queer woman. Partner. Birth and Postpartum Doula. Kitty mama. Practicing somatic abolitionist and anti-racist. Pleasure activist. Lover of all things wild, simple and free.
